CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost, or your deposit will be forfeited. No-Show/No-Call: Clients who fail to attend their appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. If the client rebooks the appointment within a week the amount charged will go towards the future appointment. Cancellation Notice: You can cancel appointments online through GlossGenius up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel after this window, you will need to contact us directly. We ONLY accept cancellation notices via our business phone at 857-526-2449 We kindly ask that you schedule responsibly, taking traffic, weather, and other delays into account when planning your commute.
